In just five months, with a consistent exercise routine and a calorie-deficit menu balanced in nutrients, he managed to lose a total of 77 pounds (35 kilos). Throughout this process, he documented his progress on social media, where he shared workouts and his new approach to a healthy lifestyle that he achieved.

During the ascent, the streamer and the composer took the opportunity to talk about various topics. One of the most notable moments was when Paulo commented to Ibai: "I was really amazed by Athletic's fans, it's a shame they couldn't beat Real, but it was a great match."

The Spaniard, jokingly, recalled his own physical change, saying with laughter: "I lost a small Ibai," referring to the 132 pounds (60 kilos) he has lost so far. The transformation of both, both physically and mentally, was evident during the challenge.

After completing the challenge, Ibai asked Paulo how he felt, to which the rapper replied that he felt good. "I have friends who are physical education teachers who come and train me at home," he commented, making it clear that he is also committed to his physical health.
