After more than a year of rumors, the first details of the highly anticipated crossover between Fortnite and The Simpsons have been leaked. According to reports on social media, players will be able to explore Springfield within Epic Games' famous battle royale.
The information was shared by HYPEX, one of the most well-known leakers, who stated that the launch would take place starting November 1. In addition, the collaboration would include a mini-season and a complete Springfield map, featuring iconic locations such as the nuclear plant where Homer Simpson works.

According to HYPEX on the social network X (formerly Twitter), this new transition season of Fortnite Chapter 6 would feature multiple items inspired by the series created by Matt Groening. Among the discovered items, a Kang and Kodos glider stands out, referencing the memorable extraterrestrial creatures from the show.
The map would be fully set in Springfield, with points of interest such as the Nuclear Plant and possibly Moe's Tavern or Springfield Elementary School. This information matches previous clues found by dataminers, who had already detected references to pink donuts in the current game map.
Disney, Epic Games, and a historic crossover
The arrival of The Simpsons in Fortnite is part of the agreement between Disney and Epic Games, which has already led to collaborations with Marvel, Star Wars, and Family Guy. In February 2024, the Mickey Mouse company invested 1.5 billion dollars in Epic to promote a shared universe within the game.
