Leandro Paredes is already in Argentina and has everything ready to become a reinforcement for Boca. Around 7 a.m., the world champion landed in Buenos Aires and his next step is the medical examination. Xeneize is already anticipating the signing and his official presentation.

Paredes left Ezeiza International Airport via the runway. Around 9:30 a.m., he arrived at the medical center with a large group of fans who waited to greet him. The team's new midfielder entered without making any statements.

Once the examination is completed, the former Roma player will sign his contract, which will link him to his beloved team until December 31, 2028. Meanwhile, Leandro Paredes's presentation at Boca will take place this Thursday, July 10, at 6 p.m. at La Bombonera, which will open its doors to the public so he can receive an unforgettable welcome. The club has not yet officially announced whether entry will be exclusive to members.

What number will he wear and when will he make his debut?

Journalist Marcos Bonocore confirmed through a post on X the jersey number of the Argentina National Team player for his new stage at Boca: "PAREDES 5".

Meanwhile, Paredes could make his debut in the first matchday against Argentinos Juniors; however, his lack of match fitness could delay it. According to journalist Emiliano Raddi, the player will have to undergo a mini preseason since his last official match with Roma was on May 25, so two other possibilities arise: July 27 against Huracán at La Bombonera or July 23 in the Copa Argentina against Atlético Tucumán.
