The justice system raided the home of the man who harassed the producer and found disturbing notes

The renowned producer and creator of hits such as Chiquititas, Rebelde Way, and Floricienta has been experiencing an unsustainable situation for the past five years: a 51-year-old man has been systematically harassing her.
Although the case had an initial judicial chapter in 2020—when Cris Morena agreed to give the accused an opportunity to rebuild his life on the condition that he would not bother her again—the harassment resumed in recent months.
This week, the court ordered a restraining order and the placement of an electronic ankle monitor on the defendant, identified as Leandro Lo Giudice, who had already completed probation for the same offense.
Journalist Mauro Szeta was the one who confirmed the measure on Cortá por Lozano and explained that the producer's patience reached its limit after confirming a new violation.
The raid that revealed the man's obsession with Cris Morena
On Desayuno Americano (América TV), journalist Pampa Mónaco revealed the findings made by investigators when they raided Lo Giudice's home, located in Lanús, where he lives with his mother.
What was found in the accused's room caused concern among investigators:
Notebooks and sheets with notes about Cris Morena, in which he detailed imagined situations between himself and the producer.
Magazine clippings, newspapers, and photographs of her eyes, used to create a collage focused solely on Cris's gaze.
Hand-drawn maps, in which he recorded routes, schedules, places the producer frequented, and people she met with.
Leonardo Lo Giudici, el acosador de Cris Morena
According to Mónaco, the obsession was so meticulous that the stalker kept daily records, almost as if it were a professional surveillance. "He wrote down everything: what time she left, where she went, who she met with, how long it took her to return. Everything was filed in drawers," he emphasized.
In addition to the physical material, the court seized the accused's phone and computer. Both devices will be examined because they contain messages related not only to Cris Morena, but also to people in her close circle.
Investigators do not rule out the existence of conversations or documents that could worsen his legal situation, since it is suspected that the accused may have spent years reconstructing a network of personal information about the producer.
