The arrival of Colonel Sanders's franchise is part of a strategic renewal of Nuevocentro Shopping to attract a new audience. The shopping center, which is the fifth largest in the country, is carrying out a construction plan that adds 3,000 square meters (32,292 square feet) to its leasable area. The plan also includes the complete renovation of another 70,000 square meters (753,474 square feet) of covered space to modernize the entire shopping and leisure experience.
