The President was welcomed with flags, chants, and gifts for his birthday. He led a massive campaign closing event in the heart of the country

President Javier Milei once again ignited libertarian enthusiasm in Córdoba, where he led the electoral campaign closing of La Libertad Avanza (LLA) surrounded by a crowd that overflowed the streets of the Nueva Córdoba neighborhood. "We want to keep moving forward with the ideas of freedom", he exclaimed as he began his speech, megaphone in hand, and concluded with a forceful message: "Freedom advances or Argentina falls behind."
The head of state arrived in the province together with his sister Karina Milei and was greeted by a human tide that cheered him on with applause, Argentine flags, and signs with phrases such as "Please, save this country." During his walk, the President greeted people, took photos with his supporters, and once again demonstrated his approachable style, walking the streets without intermediaries, just as he did in the 2023 campaign when the libertarian wave began to sweep the country.
The day began with his arrival at the Quinto Centenario Hotel, where he met with Gonzalo Roca, LLA's top candidate for national deputy in Córdoba, and part of the local team. Then, the caravan headed toward the Buen Pastor area, where the President mingled with the crowd accompanied by Roca and other leaders, such as Marcos Patiño Brizuela, Enrique Lluch, Laura Soldano, and Laura Rodríguez Machado.
The atmosphere was one of popular euphoria. Young people with purple hair, entire families with light blue and white flags, and libertarian activists of all ages filled the area. Among them, a supporter named Elba surprised the head of state with a symbolic gift: a purple horse. "I would've liked to find a little lion," she said with a laugh, alluding to the libertarian symbol and the president's birthday.

Throughout his speech, which lasted about five minutes, Milei reaffirmed his administration's achievements: "We lifted 12 million Argentines out of poverty. We ended the roadblocks and we're eradicating insecurity. We have the lowest rates in history." He also acknowledged that "it's not easy to reverse 100 years of populism," but insisted that the chosen path is the right one.
"At the polls, we must decide whether we want to keep moving forward with the ideas of freedom or return to the populist slavery of Kirchnerism. We have to choose whether we want poverty to keep decreasing or to be taken to Cuba and Venezuela," the President declared, prompting an ovation from those present.

The choice of Nueva Córdoba for the closing was not accidental: it is a university area, the epicenter of the youth vote and the liberal spirit that characterizes the province. The walk began at the corner of Ituzaingó and San Lorenzo, where a true human corridor formed to welcome him.
National deputy Gabriel Bornoroni, campaign manager in Córdoba, emphasized that the President "wanted to be in contact with the people, which is what he enjoys most: looking Argentines in the eye, listening to their demands, and thanking them for their support."

Meanwhile, small groups of Kirchnerists and leftists tried to tarnish the day with a protest near Patio Olmos, called by teachers' unions and related organizations. However, the attempt was quickly neutralized by the security operation and by citizens themselves who condemned the disturbances. The incidents, minimal, once again highlighted the difference between the peace and order of the libertarian movement and the street violence of residual Kirchnerism.
