Marcelo Moretti will once again occupy the presidential seat of San Lorenzo. This was determined by the courts, which ruled in his favor on Monday and decided that the process by which he had been removed was "irregular." With this decision, the executive must resume his position at the head of the club in the coming days.

"The courts ruled in my favor. I'm coming back these days with Ortigoza as vice president," Moretti confirmed in a conversation with Mundo Azulgrana, after the ruling became known. "I have my team of executives ready to return," he added, referring to the group that will accompany him in his return to management.

The decision of the Civil Chamber granted the precautionary measure filed by Moretti himself, considering that "the alleged vacancy of the club was irregular" and that the process "had to be rolled back until the Board of Directors meets again legitimately and in accordance with the bylaws."

This way, the courts ordered a new Board of Directors meeting to be called, this time under Moretti's presidency, and annulled both the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Assembly of Representatives and the call for the Extraordinary Assembly that had been scheduled.

The judicial decision thus returns control to the person who had been removed amid a tense political climate within the club, and marks a new chapter in the complex institutional situation that San Lorenzo is experiencing.
