After several years of keeping a low profile, Marianela Mirra, the winner of Gran Hermano 2007, returned to the headlines due to her relationship with politician José Alperovich. This return to the media also reignited the historic feud she had with Jorge Rial eleven years ago, a scandal that continues to generate controversy.
In 2014, the relationship between Marianela and Rial went from private conversations to public exposure when the media personality decided to release the WhatsApp screenshots of conversations between them. In those messages, the host of Intrusos was called "Jorgito" by Marianela, which made the interaction between them more intimate. He expressed a clear interest in her, acknowledging his attraction to her profile picture and even asking her intimate details about her life, such as whether she slept "in pajamas or sexy."
This event caused a strong reaction from Loly Antoniale, Rial's partner at the time. Upon learning of the conversations, Loly did not hesitate to publicly express her anger. In response, the host of Intrusos disparaged Marianela, calling her a "Tucuman fox" and accusing her of being an extortionist, decisively closing any possibility of reconciliation.
Now in the present, the situation took an unexpected turn. Marianela was once again in the media spotlight due to her relationship with José Alperovich, who is currently detained after being convicted of sexual abuse.
The romance, which had been rumored, was confirmed when a video went viral on social media, showing the two at the Tucumán Airport. In the images, Marianela is seen walking with a duty-free shop bag in hand, while Alperovich, a few steps behind, talks with another man.
The relationship caused a stir, not only because of Alperovich's figure but also due to the surprise of his reappearance in Marianela's life. In a recent interview with Yanina Latorre, Mirra confessed that it was Alperovich's family who urged her to make their relationship public. "I don't want money, the only thing I want is to be with him because I love him", she stated, denying rumors of an economic interest.
