This initiative continues with the partial retention scheme of the benefit, which is released once academic regularity is verified.

How much is paid for Becas Progresar in November 2025
During November, the general amount for Becas Progresar is $28,000. Students receive 80% each month, while the remaining 20% is paid at the end of the year, once the documentation certifying regular attendance is submitted.
For students in the Progresar Enfermería line, the monthly amount rises to $35,000.
How the program payments are distributed
The plan includes 12 monthly installments distributed throughout the year. For those who receive the maximum amount, the payment structure is organized as follows:
Eight monthly installments of $35,000, with 20% withheld until regularity is certified.
Two incentive installments of $35,000, paid at the end of the academic year to those who participate in extension or training activities.
Two installments for academic merit of $35,000, intended for students who finish the year without any outstanding subjects.

How to apply for Becas Progresar 2025
Registration for the program is carried out online through the official Progresar platform. Interested parties must follow these steps:
Create a user account on the portal if accessing for the first time.
Select the corresponding scholarship line and log in with username and password.
Complete the form with personal, academic, and a brief socioeconomic survey.
Once the application is submitted, the system generates a receipt and applicants can check the status of the process from the same platform. The results are published once the evaluation period ends.
