LN+'s plan to attract Telefe personalities
According to Marina Calabró, Majul had already tried something similar with Germán Paoloski. "Hello, dear Germancito, we want you at LN+", the anchor reportedly said to him live on his show. At that time, Paoloski decided to stay at Telefe, but now he has received another call with a renewed offer.
"Telefe changed owners and there are always adjustments," the journalist explained, referring to the channel's purchase by Gustavo Scaglione. Calabró added that Paoloski is considering his options and that Majul has also set his sights on other well-known names.
Rodolfo Barili, Majul's new target
In addition to Paoloski, the news channel is looking to strengthen its staff with experienced journalists. In this context, Rodolfo Barili emerged as one of the main candidates to join LN+. According to Calabró, Majul reportedly offered him "double his current salary" to persuade him to make the move.
"Barili would listen to the proposal, but it's unlikely that he'll leave Telefe Noticias after two decades on the same screen," the journalist explained. Sources close to the anchor say that he feels very comfortable at the channel and keeps an excellent relationship with the production team.
Other personalities on LN+'s radar
The journalist also mentioned that Antonio Laje and Pablo Rossi could return to the channel. Both worked at LN+ and then moved to A24 in 2023, but the executives are reportedly interested in bringing them back to strengthen their line-up.
