San Lorenzo in crisis: Lopardo criticized Moretti again and pressured him to return
The interim president of Ciclón once again pointed to his predecessor and further exacerbates the internal situation in the club
The institutional situation at San Lorenzo is going through a moment of strong tension. In this context, Julio Lopardo, who took over the club's leadership after Marcelo Moretti's leave, made very critical statements toward his predecessor.

"If Moretti has solutions, let him come and fix this mess he made. This is a club of crazy people".He added: "I told him that if he plans to return, then return, but let's not drag it out. The leave is lifted when one wants… Come or resign".
The recent resignations of the first vice president, Néstor Navarro, and the secretary of records, Daniela Méndez Righi, along with the departures of key figures like Javier Allievi and Néstor Ortigoza, highlighted a rupture within the officialdom.

According to sources close to Lopardo, despite being on leave, Moretti still has access to relevant information and keeps some influence in the club's important decisions. In this scenario, opposition sectors have already begun to promote a definitive exit of the current leadership to call for early elections and thus regain institutional stability that seems distant.
The crisis also impacts the first team, as there are delays in payments to players, who have already come out to protest, canceled training sessions and a general atmosphere of uncertainty.

San Lorenzo's upcoming commitments
Miguel Ángel Russo's team will play again in the local tournament against Argentinos Juniors, for the quarterfinals of the Torneo Apertura. The match will be held this Monday at 7:15 PM at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium, in La Paternal.
Meanwhile, the blaugrana team already has the match against Quilmes for the round of 32 of the Copa Argentina on the agenda, scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, with the time yet to be confirmed.
