The political and institutional chaos affecting San Lorenzo has reached a breaking point and the players have decided to send an ultimatum to the club's management. According to reports, the squad has warned that it will take drastic measures if it doesn't receive concrete answers.
In recent days, the team led by Damián Ayude held a meeting with club executives, during which they expressed their dissatisfaction with the club's current situation and demanded institutional clarity. As a sign of protest, they announced that, until the situation is normalized, they will stop participating in advertising campaigns and activities unrelated to strictly sporting matters: they will only train and compete.

The tension could have escalated even further, since the Boedo club had a significant debt with the squad. The players went so far as to warn that they could suspend training sessions until payments were regularized. Finally, thanks to a business group that provided funds to president Marcelo Moretti, June salaries and the bonus were paid, which allowed training to resume as normal, at least for now.
