Live scandal: Fabián Doman was linked to the CIA while he was president of Independiente
Andrés 'Duka' Ducatenzeiler made the accusation during the Carnival stream, and the host left the studio
The tension erupted just as the program Cónclave on the streaming channel Carnaval was beginning.
Fabián Doman, host of the show alongside Jorge Rial and Viviana Canosa, clashed with Andrés "Duka" Ducatenzeiler in a confrontation that ended with a live walkout.
Both former Independiente presidents had already had differences in the past, but this time the exchange exceeded all limits.
Moyano's shadow
The trigger was a phrase loaded with weight.
Ducatenzeiler recalled that Hugo Moyano had told him that Doman "was an agent" and suggested that he worked for the CIA when he was president of Independiente.
From accusation to live rupture
The statement sparked Doman's immediate response: "You believe Moyano."
Duka countered: "I managed to get you to meet with Moyano and then you betrayed him."
At that point, the host made his position clear: "He worked for Moyano, and I didn't."
The guest replied: "I never worked for anyone, you worked for everyone."

The back-and-forth became more hostile. Doman, visibly upset, warned: "If you want, I'll get up and leave."
Seconds later, he kept his word: "I'm not going to be disrespected. This barrage of insults... you all carry on," and he left as his colleagues at the table looked on in astonishment.

His departure made it clear that he was not willing to tolerate accusations he considered false or to endorse Moyano's version.
Duka's defense and the club's past
Wearing a red cap with the word "president," Ducatenzeiler defended his position:
"Because of a fake news story, I had to play dead so I wouldn't get killed. Saying I worked for Moyano is false."
He explained that, for him, the accusation was a serious offense:
"I grew up in the stadium, where if you're a traitor, they kill you."
He even joked that if he were fired from Carnaval, he would go back to working with Flavio Azzaro.
In sports terms, Ducatenzeiler assumed the presidency of Independiente in 2002 and won the Torneo Apertura title after joining the board in 2001.
Meanwhile, Doman presided over the club between October 2022 and April 2023, when he resigned amid an institutional and sporting crisis.
Fabián Doman abandona su programa de streaming.
