Sony announced at State of Play the October games for PS Plus Extra, Premium, and Essential
Sony took advantage of the latest State of Play to announce the games joining PS Plus Extra and Premium in October. The news arrived along with the confirmation of the titles for the Essential plan.
Among the highlights is the arrival of The Last of Us Part II and its Remastered version for PS5. In addition, highly anticipated classics are being added to the PS Plus Premium catalog.

Which games are joining PS Plus Extra and Premium in October
Every September 26, Naughty Dog celebrates The Last of Us Day, and this year did so with a special announcement. PS Plus Extra subscribers will be able to access The Last of Us Part II on PS4 and The Last of Us Part II Remastered on PS5.
The remastered edition offers graphical improvements, better performance, and a roguelike mode called No Return. It challenges players to overcome battles with different characters under the threat of permanent death.
The classics confirmed for PS Plus Premium
Without a specific date, Sony confirmed several titles from previous generations that are joining the Premium plan:
Tekken 3 (PS1), one of the most iconic fighting games.
SoulCalibur III (PS2), a classic weapon-based fighting game from Bandai Namco.
Tomb Raider: Anniversary (PS2), a remake of the original released in 2007.
