The White House, through its press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, issued a harsh warning to Iran this Wednesday, stating that President Donald Trump is ready to “unleash hell” if Tehran refuses to negotiate with the United States to dismantle its nuclear program and other concessions.
“President Trump doesn't hesitate, and he's ready to unleash hell,” Leavitt said at the start of his press conference. “Iran should not miscalculate. Their last miscalculation cost their high command, their navy, their air force and their air defense system,” added the presidential spokeswoman
.
Leavitt said that the ongoing U.S. military operation, dubbed “Epic Fury”, has seriously weakened the offensive capabilities of the Islamic regime. “Any violence beyond this point is due to the fact that the Iranian regime refused to understand that they have already been defeated and refuses to reach an agreement,” the official said

Leavitt added that the joint military campaign with Israel is aimed at paralyzing Iran's military infrastructure and securing the Strait of Hormuz, while pressuring Tehran to return to talks. In total, more than 9,000 of the regime's objectives have been hit, with Iranian missile and drone attacks declining by 90% and much of its air and marine defense network decimated.
Regarding reports that the 82nd Airborne Division is preparing for a possible intervention in the Middle East, more precisely on Jarg Island, Trump's spokeswoman avoided commenting on the matter. “We are meeting our Operation Epic Fury objectives quickly,” he replied. “The president likes to keep the options at his disposal. It's the Pentagon's job to provide those options to the commander in chief
.”
Leavitt reiterated that Trump prefers peace, but that any Iranian resistance will bring even heavier consequences for the theocracy. “There doesn't need to be more death and destruction, but if Iran doesn't accept the reality of the current moment, if it doesn't understand that they have been defeated militarily and will continue to be so, President Trump will ensure that they are hit more than they have ever been hit before,” he
warned.
