The most widely used payment method was the credit card with the 6-installment interest-free plan. This financial tool allowed private citizens to maintain fiscal order in their households.

Meanwhile, the single dwelling with a fiscal valuation of up to $124,000,000 obtains a 25% reduction. This tax rationality shows that lowering taxes doesn't deprive the State of funding, but instead expands revenue.

The calendar confirmed the continuity of total exemptions for older adults and lower-income sectors. Retirees and beneficiaries of social programs maintain their protection from property obligations. The government's challenge will be to manage these resources efficiently and reduce unproductive public spending.

Due dates and optimization of procedures
