The prime minister of Hungary publicly backed Milei again and released a video where he highlights Milei's courage to confront problems that other governments did not solve

President Javier Milei received a new gesture of international support after Viktor Orbán posted on X a laudatory message accompanied by a video dedicated to the Argentine president. In his post, the Hungarian leader wrote: "I respect leaders, patriots who stand out from the rest and dare to think differently. President Javier Milei is one of those leaders: brave, bold, and driven by hope, not by fear. His spirit is something that inspires us all. Long live freedom, damn it!"

The video released by Orbán deepens that message and highlights different qualities of the Argentine head of state. Throughout the recording, it is emphasized that many things "could be said about Milei, but it is absolutely impossible to say that he lacks courage". It is also stated that those leaders "who step out of line" and who try to solve problems "that their predecessors have not been able to solve" are valuable.

In that sense, the material keeps that the Argentine president "radiates precisely that culture" and stresses that the most important thing is that "he is not a bad person", but rather someone with enough determination to face difficult challenges. The message concludes with an idea that sums up the political philosophy that the video attributes to the president: those who seek to change reality must be brave enough to do so, because in the end "you just have to find your way".

After the public message from the Hungarian leader, Milei also replied on X with a tone of strong political affinity: "Thank you very much, dear Viktor. You are a great defender of Western values and an admirable leader. Best regards. LONG LIVE FREEDOM, DAMN IT...! JM." The gesture by the Hungarian prime minister reinforces the international positioning that Milei has been consolidating among leaders who promote deep economic reforms and question traditional political consensuses.

The moment between Milei and Orbán

Orbán's message became known after both of them starred in a relaxed scene during an international meeting in Washington. In the first meeting of the Council of Peace held at the United States Institute of Peace, Milei and Orbán were caught hugging, laughing, and singing along to "Burning Love", the classic song by Elvis Presley.

In front of them, the president of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, was watching the situation with enthusiasm. "If we keep this up, they're going to separate us," Orbán joked when he posted the video on his social media. The scene took place during the opening session of the forum in which presidents of 27 countries participated, founding members of the entity and aligned with the White House. The objective of the meeting is to move forward with a peace plan for the Gaza Strip and its subsequent reconstruction.

While the song was playing in the room, Milei began to jump in his chair and he moved closer to hug the Hungarian prime minister. Orbán was murmuring the lyrics of the song while the Argentine president took the microphone in front of him and pretended to shout "burning love". Infantino was following the scene with laughter and he even snapped his fingers to the rhythm of the music.

In another fragment released later, both presidents appear talking and laughing. Then Orbán looks directly at the camera, smiles, and waves before posting the video with the phrase: "If we keep this up, they're going to separate us". Milei reposted the content in his Instagram stories.
