At 61 years old, Brad Pitt keeps an enviable physique. In a recent interview, the actor revealed how he takes care of his body and mind with a strict diet, daily training, and a new, more balanced lifestyle.

"I try to stay in shape, eat healthily, and be creative," he stated during the Armchair Expert podcast by Dax Shepard,

He also shared that he is currently on a professional break: "I've stopped for a while, I'm taking a self-induced break," he explained.

The diet and training that keep him in shape

Pitt detailed that his current diet is based on lean proteins and healthy fats, without leaving out carbohydrates. Within his daily routine, there are three foods that are always present: chicken, broccoli, and brown rice.

That nutritional plan is accompanied by rigorous physical training designed by his personal trainer. He follows the split method, which consists of working different muscle groups depending on the day of the week.

This comprehensive approach allows him to achieve physical and mental balance, with visible results. It is a routine that strengthens his health and allows him to remain active in the film industry.

The unforgettable memory of his time in Argentina

In the context of the premiere of his latest film, F1, he gave an interview to May Martorelli for Telenoche (El Trece), Brad Pitt recalled his time in Argentina in 1996, when he filmed Seven Years in Tibet.

He spent four months in a mountain village at the foot of the Andes, and he also visited Mendoza. There, he experienced something that left a mark on his life.

"It's a very beautiful country. The food and wine were unbelievable. We ate like kings," he said enthusiastically.

He also fondly remembered the mountain landscapes: "It was so beautiful to see how the sun changed and how the landscape transformed throughout the day. It was a magical place."

The story of "Blanco," his Argentine dog

The interview became emotional when Martorelli showed him a photo taken during that trip. In the image, he was seen with a white dog he had adopted in the Andes.

"His name is Blanco. He was very beautiful. He looks a bit like a greyhound," Pitt said with a nostalgic smile. That bond, formed in a corner of Argentina, still remains with him in his memory.

Brad Pitt keeps a healthy lifestyle today, but he doesn't forget the days when he ate like a king in Argentina. Years later, the taste of that experience—among mountain landscapes, good wine, and the company of an unforgettable dog—remains present in his life.
