World Bombshell: Carlo Ancelotti will be the new head coach of Brazil

The Italian coach was confirmed by the Brazilian Football Confederation and will be the first foreigner to take charge of the Canarinha

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) made official the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti as the new coach of the national team. The renowned Italian coach will take the position once the 2024/25 La Liga season concludes, in which he currently manages Real Madrid.

At 65 years old, Ancelotti signed a contract that will bind him to the Verdeamarelha until the end of the 2026 World Cup. This is a historic event, as it will be the first time Brazil's national team is led by a foreign head coach.

Additionally, the Confederation will cover the costs of an apartment in Rio de Janeiro and facilitate the use of a private plane so the coach can travel to Europe on specific occasions. His tenure will cover the decisive phase of the cycle leading up to the World Cup.

A friendly match between Brazil and Real Madrid included in the agreement

Another highlight of the contract is the inclusion of a friendly match between the Brazilian national team and Real Madrid, as part of the special bond between the Spanish club and the coach.
