The attacks by Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis launched against Israel on October 7, 2023, did not come alone. Alongside the brutal murders, rapes, and kidnappings that occurred that day against Israeli civilians, a preconceived plan has been deployed across the globe, years in the making, by radical Islamism.
In unison and in distant geographies of the West, the same "protest marches" were mounted, with the same banners, the same slogans were shouted, the same graffiti were painted, identical tents were set up on university campuses, and the slogan of anti-Zionism was launched; a mere replacement for historical anti-Semitism. That traditional anti-Semitism, which was once religious and then racial, transformed that day into political hatred.
In parallel to the criminal attacks in the Middle East, the perverse jihadist machinery launched its social aggression. Press, social media, demonstrations, boycotts, censorship, intimidation, visual pollution signage, merchandising, and stickers accompanied a deceptive narrative that attempts to manipulate public opinion with a constant bombardment of slogans and propaganda.
In true Nazi style, slogans like genocide, famine, and apartheid are thrown around; alongside pamphlets that appeal to emotions based on nonexistent realities.
There are no scruples; there is a vast space for lies.
The jihadism of the Muslim Brotherhood could not win wars through arms; it only beheaded people in front of cameras and seized territory for a short time; it then launched itself to conquer the West through a change of strategies, taking advantage of the freedoms and benefits provided by Western democracies.
The implementation of their nefarious plan began years ago with mass immigration, the occupation of cities, and demonstrations of power, setting up mosques and minarets; taking over public space for prayers and rituals.
The avalanche of "economic investments" was directed towards the purchase of media outlets and stock packages in relevant companies. The power scheme was consolidated through funds like the "Qatar Investment Authority" with a flood of billions of dollars towards universities and political parties. An incalculable number of trolls were activated on social media, internet tools, and artificial intelligence.
A system of influence was developed through politics, financing allies in parties that hold positions in parliaments, mayoralties, and presidencies. Diplomacy was also addressed, occupying positions in important multilateral organizations, NGOs, foundations, and international forums. Cultural spaces, schools, and even charitable entities were taken over by activists.
Investment in propaganda, whether subliminal or direct, has grown geometrically.
Money flows, dear reader, buying wills and opinions.
The implementation of such a strategy has been made possible thanks to the alliance of radical Islam with a violent and intolerant woke left, which insults in front of synagogues and boycotts cycling competitions. Militants shout in the streets waving the Palestinian flag, as if that signified some kind of liberation from the capitalist yoke. Their struggle overlooks the extermination of Christians in Yemen, Somalia, or Nigeria; they only activate flotillas of pamphleteering agitators towards the Middle East, generating provocations and more malicious propaganda.
Do these individuals who attend "pro-Palestinian marches," defending the theocracy of the ayatollahs and the totalitarian Maduro regime, wish to live under "Sharia" law? Perhaps they are unaware that where those religious dictatorships prevail, women, property of men, cannot study or drive, there is no place for churches or synagogues, there are no elections, freedom of expression or movement, there they murder homosexuals, carry out genital mutilation, and do not allow your dog to be your pet; among other "benefits."
Incomprehensible contradictions, or perhaps not so much, because when certain money and power manage to infiltrate the soul of open societies, imperfect but free, a radical extremism penetrates them that is not only dedicated to planting bombs or stabbing people. It is another type of action; it is also terrorism, a terrorism of social fracture.
