La China Suárez made a new legal decision amid the lawsuit she is pursuing against Yanina Latorre and Ángel de Brito. The actress requested that Wanda Nara's testimony not be considered in the proceedings.
The lawyers' strategy became known after Wanda did not appear to testify last Friday, September 12. According to Intrusos (América TV), Suárez's defense believes that the contentious relationship between both parties invalidates her contribution as a witness.

What happened in La China Suárez's trial?
The actress filed a lawsuit for damages against the hosts of Los Ángeles de la Mañana. In this context, the defendants sought to call Wanda as a witness against her. However, the businesswoman did not appear, and now Suárez's defense has requested that she be excluded from the proceedings.
Journalist Paula Varela explained on Intrusos: "Wanda was called to testify against La China, but she did not appear. What the actress is requesting is that her testimony not be valid due to the manifest enmity between them".
More witnesses who did not appear
She was not the only one absent. Cinthia Fernández was also summoned and did not attend the hearing either. This way, the trial is becoming increasingly tense, with unexpected developments in the list of those summoned.

Rodrigo Lussich read part of the document from Suárez's lawyers. "Since the witness did not appear at the hearing scheduled for September 12 and did not justify her absence, I request that she be considered as having withdrawn".
