Córdoba once again set a trend in tourism with the inauguration of the first ten assistance points of the Motorhome Route, the new corridor designed for travelers touring the country in motorhomes and camper vans. The initiative, promoted by the Córdoba Tourism Agency (ACT), makes the province the first in the country to offer an official, free, and fully equipped circuit for this expanding segment.
ACT president Darío Capitani highlighted that this is "a strategic commitment to open up new ways to explore Córdoba, providing safe and high-quality services in different localities," and pointed out that this model allows for "boosting regional economies and supporting a tourism segment that grows year after year."
The initiative was developed collaboratively between ACT, municipalities, communes, and private providers, consolidating a network that aims to attract both national and international travelers.

A unique corridor in Argentina: free services and strategic layout
The Motorhome Route connects different localities through assistance points equipped with essential services for those traveling on wheels. Each station offers:
Drinking water
Water refill
Gray and black water disposal
Signposted and accessible spaces
All services are completely free of charge, the result of coordinated work between the province and local governments.
The initiative not only simplifies the logistics of itinerant tourism but also drives the development of the communities involved, generating economic activity and a more comfortable and safe experience for travelers.
The first ten authorized points in the province
The first ten operational points are already available and strategically distributed throughout Córdoba's territory:
Almafuerte – Piedras Moras Complex
Amboy Commune – Vélez Sarsfield Square
Salsacate – Municipal Campground
Miramar de Ansenuza – In front of Marchiquitos Square
Villa Tulumba – Municipal Bathing Area
Serrezuela – Municipal Sports Center
Achiras – Tourism Office
Los Reartes – Las Acacias Motorhome Campground
Río Cuarto – Villa del Sol Municipal Campground
La Granja – La Toma Campground
This first assistance map establishes the foundation of the corridor, with points located in areas of high tourist interest, close to rivers, mountains, historic towns, and natural spaces.

What's next: a network that will continue to grow throughout the province
The first stage includes ten operational points, but the project aims for a network of more than twenty localities, which will make it possible to consolidate a robust and accessible provincial corridor.
Capitani explained that "each point we inaugurate strengthens the provincial network and offers new opportunities for travelers to enjoy Córdoba," and emphasized that the initiative "was born from joint work with municipalities, communes, and the private sector, and will continue to grow."
The Motorhome Route represents a significant step in positioning Córdoba as an innovative, diverse destination prepared to welcome new forms of tourism, adapting to the growing demand for free, flexible, and mobile experiences.
