The first incident occurred at kilometer 14 of the outer ring of Circunvalación Avenue, near the Sabattini bridge. Two vehicles collided in a rear-end accident and, almost simultaneously, another car skidded off the inner ring in the same area. One of the drivers involved described the situation as "impassable" due to low traction and poor visibility. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
