The host of OLGA strongly targeted SATSAID after the complaints about alleged labor precariousness

Migue Granados once again found himself at the center of controversy after delivering a strong statement against the SATSAID television union, which days earlier had denounced alleged labor precariousness at OLGA, one of the most-watched streaming channels in the country.
The host's statements came after the presentation of the Martín Fierro de Streaming awards, an event that reignited the conflict between traditional unionism and new digital platforms.
Since the emergence of streaming on the Argentine audiovisual scene, SATSAID —the union that brings together workers in the production, post-production, distribution, and transmission of content— has publicly expressed its rejection of these channels' labor model.
In that context, representatives of the union were present at the Buenos Aires Convention Center during the ceremony on Sunday, December 14, to make their protest against OLGA visible.
In response to the impact of the incident, Migue Granados decided to break his silence on his show Soñé que volaba, where he flatly denied the accusations.
"Everything they say is a lie", he stated on air, and he challenged the union to speak directly with the channel's employees.
"Come ask the workers, and you will see that they have health insurance, a Christmas bonus, and overtime pay. Everything that you're saying they do not have", he maintained.
El conductor negó irregularidades y aseguró que los trabajadores cuentan con todos los derechos.
In his statement, the host also referred to the lack of union membership within the company, and he asserted that it is a personal choice for each worker.
"Look, this is a nest of Peronchos, eh. I mean, they would be the first ones", he expressed, in a phrase that caused a strong reaction on social media.
On X, a large number of people came out in his support, saying: "Kuka streaming channels can win an award but never an election with a single ballot," "Unions are a necessary evil in the face of abuse by some business owners, but let people decide whether they want to belong to them or not," "The Peronchos are turning against the Peronchos. This got really good," and "The only way Lali's boyfriend and Julia Mengoliininininini can win anything is by stealing it. I can't stand Migue Granados, but on this one I really support him."
