On a day marked by low voter turnout, which in many localities did not exceed 50% of the electoral roll, La Libertad Avanza (LLA) achieved major results by obtaining 30 seats in various municipal councils, marking strong growth for a political group that until recently had no representation in the province.
One of the most notable results occurred in the city of Rosario, where the libertarian candidate Juan Pedro Aleart reached 106,868 votes, equivalent to 28.81%, which will allow him to add 4 councilors to the local legislative body. Until this election, LLA had no representation in the Rosario Council, which makes the result a significant political leap.
Despite facing party structures with decades of territorial presence, LLA achieved an even election with the main traditional groups, positioning itself as one of the new competitive forces in numerous districts.
