Maxi López is preparing to take a new step in his return to the center of the Argentine media scene. The former player will have his own reality show, a project that will show on a daily basis his physical transformation and his new personal stage, after he decided to settle again in the country with his family.
The scoop was revealed by Naiara Vecchio on Implacables(elnueve), where she previewed details of the format that is already in development. "Besides Olga, there will be a Maxi López reality show. It's about him getting in shape", said the panelist, who claimed to have spoken directly with the former striker.
According to what Vecchio explained, the project arose from a personal decision by López, who is aware of the need to make a physical change and to approach it professionally. For that, he will be accompanied by a specialized team and an independent production company that will be in charge of the audiovisual recording of the entire process.
The reality show will last approximately three months and will be broadcast through Maxi López's own social media. The idea is to show, without filters, his daily evolution, with a focus on training, nutrition, and the habits that he adopts during this period. "He will have a nutritionist and a personal trainer who will monitor him, and his evolution will be seen day by day", detailed the panelist.
The content will be recorded entirely in Argentina, the country to which the former player will return this year with his Swedish wife, Daniela Christiansson, and his children Elle and Lando. The move marks a new stage in López's family life, which in recent years alternated his residence between Europe and South America.
In parallel with this project, Maxi López has already regained a strong presence in local media. He is currently part of the summer streaming of Olga and is going through the final stretch of MasterChef Celebrity(Telefe), where he has managed to consolidate a renewed profile in front of the public.
Without a doubt, nobody expected this change of course in the career of the former player who, driven by his ex-partner, Wanda Nara, managed to win people's affection in record time.
