Progresar Scholarships 2026: what is the only line that still has open registration

The Progresar Scholarships 2026 are approaching their final registration dates for some of their lines.

The call includes different deadlines depending on the level of studies, as well as requirements related to income, age, and academic situation.

When does the registration for Progresar Scholarships 2026 close

The Secretariat of Education, under the Ministry of Human Capital, has established different dates for each line of the Progresar Scholarships.

• Progresar Mandatory: registration closed on September 4, 2026.

• Progresar Higher Education: registration was available until Friday, September 11, 2026.

• Progresar Nursing: also had a deadline of September 11, 2026.

• Progresar Work: the call remains open until November 27, 2026.

The Progresar Higher Education line is aimed at students in tertiary and university programs. Those who are approved will receive six monthly payments.

Meanwhile, Progresar Nursing reaches students from public institutions and private establishments included in the PRONAFE.

What requirements must be met to access Progresar Scholarships

For the Progresar Higher Education and Nursing lines, one of the main requirements is related to the income of the family group.

The sum of the student's income and that of the people they live with must not exceed three Minimum, Vital, and Mobile Salaries. For this call, the cap is $1,151,400.

• Progresar Higher Education: those starting a program must be between 17 and 24 years old.

• Advanced students: the age limit extends up to 30 years.

• No age limit: people with disabilities, members of indigenous peoples, and refugees.

Additionally, the applicant must not have pending subjects from secondary education at the time of registration.

How many payments do Progresar beneficiaries receive

The current regulations are established by Resolution 485/2026, which includes a specific number of monthly payments according to each line.

In Progresar Mandatory, selected students receive four monthly payments and can access an additional incentive for training activities and academic performance.

For Progresar Higher Education, the benefit includes six monthly payments. In Nursing, specific conditions are also established for that line.

How to register for Progresar Scholarships from Mi Argentina

Registration for the Progresar Scholarships is done entirely online. It is not necessary to carry out the procedure in person.

• Access the official Progresar Scholarships site and choose the corresponding line.

• Log in with your CUIL and the password for your Mi Argentina account.

• Complete the personal information and the socioeconomic survey.

• Provide the academic information of the institution and the program.

• Submit the application and keep the receipt.

Where to check the results of the Progresar Scholarships

Once the application is submitted, the student can check the progress of the evaluation from the “Status of your application” section.

They can also track it through the Mi ANSES application, where they can later check the corresponding payment.
