Juan Román Riquelme is going through difficult times at Boca. After the defeat against Vélez and an internal talk with the squad, the club president ended up at the center of a legal dispute. This Tuesday,he was reported to the Federal Criminal Court for alleged fraudulent administration.
The filing was made by Walter Federico Klix, National Director of Chemical Precursors at the Ministry of National Security, an active Xeneize member and close to Senator Patricia Bullrich, in Criminal and Correctional Court No. 39, headed by Santiago Bignone. The investigation was placed in the hands of prosecutor Carlos Vasser and the complaint also names secretary general Ricardo Rosica and the members of the Board of Directors.

Klix keeps that Riquelme allegedly set up a "black market" and "a mafia scheme" linked to the distribution of tickets, hospitality packages, and internal benefits, with the aim of "illicitly enriching himself and consolidating a scheme of political control within the club". According to what he stated, he will submit as evidence 102 witnesses, in addition to chats, photos, and videos.
The accusation is structured around four main pillars. The first targets an alleged fraudulent manipulation of the membership roll. Klix claims that while thousands of members wait for years to gain access to active status, others obtain it immediately. In his view, this is a deliberate system of "favors, clientelism, and internal corruption", in which procedures would be expedited in exchange for money or political support.
Según Klix, Riquelme tendría un "mercado negro" dentro de Boca
Another key point is the alleged underreporting of revenue in official matches. Klix cited as an example the match against Alianza Lima in the second qualifying round of the 2025 Copa Libertadores, played on February 25 of last year, when 28,099 spectators and revenue of $1,252,436,000 were officially reported.
According to the complainant, La Bombonera was packed and the discrepancy would have been intended to "conceal and divert funds". For that reason,he requested forensic accounting, reports from CONMEBOL, tax records, and the analysis of audiovisual material and testimonies from members who were present.
The complaint also mentions an alleged clandestine sale of tickets and hospitality packages assigned to regional fan clubs, outside official channels, and asks that an investigation be conducted into who thebeneficiarieswere and what amounts would have been collected. In that context, Klix accused the leadership of using statutory mechanisms to "cover up systematic plundering".
Riquelme habría cometido varios delitos dentro de Boca
Finally, the fourth pillar refers to alleged irregularities in access control. In particular, it is alleged that in a match against Deportivo Riestra, turnstiles were unlocked, allowing entry without validation of membership cards or attendance records, which would have altered the club's system of filters and attendance ranking.
Klix's other complaint against Riquelme
This is not the first time Klix has taken Riquelme to court. In May of last year, the official had filed a complaint for alleged illicit association, which was later dismissed in Comodoro Py for lack of evidence.
Back then, Klix mentioned alleged irregularities involving season tickets, membership cards, and the 50,000 Adidas garments that allegedly disappeared from the club.
