President Daniel Noboa highlighted the historic reduction of Country Risk as one of the main achievements of his economic administration. Since the beginning of his first term in November 2023, the indicator has dropped by almost 1,300 points, currently standing at 688 points, the lowest level in more than a decade.
“When there are results, lies collapse on their own” stated the president, also emphasizing that annual inflation stood at 1.24% in October, the lowest figure since 2021.
Noboa stressed that these advances are the result of a responsible economic policy focused on stability and sustained growth.
