Just seven months before the start of the 2026 World Cup, the Argentina National Team unveiled the jersey with which it will seek to defend the title won in Qatar. With a modern design and subtle commemorative details, the new model was officially presented this Wednesday by Adidas, the brand that has outfitted the national team for decades.
The brand-new jersey keeps the traditional sky blue and white vertical stripes, distributed in three and two respectively, and features on the chest the symbols that distinguish the world champion: the AFA crest on the left side, the Adidas logo on the right, and, in the center, the golden World Champion patch, a tribute to the triumph in Qatar 2022.
Among the main new features, the blue shorts stand out, replacing the usual white or black from previous editions. The shorts feature three sky blue stripes on the sides, a decorative horizontal line on the lower edge, and the classic emblems: the AFA crest on the right and the player's number on the left.

This way, the jersey combines tradition and modernity, with a design that seeks to maintain the historic identity of the Albiceleste, while incorporating a more dynamic style, designed for the new cycle leading up to the World Cup.
