One UI 8.5: improvements for creating content more easily and quickly
The new version includes an update to the Photo Assistant. Now it allows users to edit images continuously using Galaxy AI features without needing to save each change separately. All caused versions are organized in a history for review and selection of favorites.
Another key feature is the improvement of Quick Share, which now automatically identifies people appearing in a photo and suggests sending it directly to those contacts.
Cross-platform connectivity
Among the connectivity innovations, Audio Broadcast stands out, which uses LE Audio and enables communication with nearby compatible devices through Auracast. Now it is also possible to broadcast the user's voice with the phone's microphone, ideal for events or group presentations.
Conectividad multiplataforma
The Storage Sharing feature enhances the integration of the Galaxy ecosystem by displaying files stored on other devices (such as tablets, PCs, or Samsung TVs) directly from the My Files app. It also provides remote access to the phone's content from other devices.
Enhanced security
One UI 8.5 incorporates new privacy tools, such as Theft Protection, designed to safeguard the device and its information in case of loss. It also adds automatic screen lock after multiple failed authentication attempts.
