ArchivosYa emerges as a specialized tool for lawyers and courts, designed by two young people from Córdoba

The ArchivosYa project was born in Córdoba with the idea of solving a common difficulty among lawyers: the time lost on repetitive tasks. The platform was created to prevent frequent errors in case law searches and document drafting. Its creators claim that it combines speed with reliability in every query.
The tool relies on artificial intelligence technology, but is exclusively adapted to the local legal field. This way, it reduces the risks of common inaccuracies in generic systems that invent rulings or cite non-existent regulations. The main goal is to optimize work without compromising accuracy.
ArchivosYa consults official sources, validated documents, and reliable databases before providing a response. If it doesn't find relevant information, it informs the user instead of risking an invented fact. This feature represents a leap in quality in the professional practice of the legal field.

The creators behind the project
The initiative was developed by Candelaria Justiniano, a lawyer with almost ten years of experience, and Noel Broda, a programmer with extensive experience. Both identified that the main problem in legal practice was the lack of efficiency in information searches. From there, they combined technical and legal knowledge to shape the platform.
According to Justiniano, "accuracy is not a luxury in law, but an obligation," and that's why common AIs were dangerous for the profession. The tool offers assistants by jurisdiction, drafting correctors, case law search engines, and contract analysis. All of this aims to save hours of work and reduce errors in documents.
The creator duo dedicates time to manually updating the database with current case law and regulations. They also work on partnerships with bar associations and legal publishers to expand access to information. Their goal is to expand the project nationally and even internationally in the short term.

Security and benefits for users
One of the most notable aspects is the protection of sensitive data handled by lawyers and courts. The system doesn't permanently store either the uploaded files or the conversations with the virtual assistant. Each new session automatically deletes the history, which guarantees total privacy.
Currently, the team is developing a tool that anonymizes personal information in the documents users upload. This means that proper names are transformed into abstract initials to protect the identity of the parties. This way, any risk in handling confidential information is avoided.
Users who have already tried ArchivosYa value the speed and reliability of the system in case preparation. Litigating lawyers, officials, and professionals highlight how the virtual assistant streamlines background searches and reduces errors. The response from those who use it reinforces the potential of this Córdoba-based initiative.
