"Miguel, we hope you know that you also made a difference in us. Forever in our hearts," the institution wrote alongside the video, where Russo can be seen in different stages of his career at Boca, from his historic conquest of the 2007 Copa Libertadores to his recent return to the club.
The material, accompanied by moving music, highlights some of the expressions that defined his connection with Ribera: "You can never say no to Boca", "One of Boca's keys is to enjoy it", "Wherever I go, there are always Boca fans" and "Bombonera is always there, no matter who is there".
