The final stretch of MasterChef Celebrity is already underway and, after one of the most demanding galas of the season, the two participants who will face each other for the title have been defined: Ian Lucas and Sofía “La Reini” Gonet.
In a semifinal that kept the spectators in suspense, the contestants had to face a highly complex challenge: preparing a lamb croute with edamame puree, a recipe that tested both the technique and the creativity of the participants. The instance came after the elimination of Emilia Attias, leaving four competitors in the race: Gonet, Ian Lucas, Maxi López and Turco Husain

After the tasting, the jury composed of Donato De Santis, Damián Betular and Germán Martitegui thoroughly evaluated each dish and made the final decision. Thus, against various odds, the two youngest contestants managed to prevail and secure a place in
the last instance of the competition.
The announcement generated a strong emotional charge in the study. “La Reini”, the only woman still competing, couldn't hold back tears when she heard her name. “I said I wasn't going to cry at any time, but I can't,” she said visibly excited. For his part, Ian Lucas celebrated the achievement with surprise and satisfaction after a solid run in the program.
When will the MasterChef Celebrity final be
As confirmed by Telefe, the grand final will be divided into two special programs. The challenge will begin on Wednesday, March 18, when the finalists must submit a complete menu that reflects everything they learned throughout the competition

The definition will be announced the next day: on Thursday, March 19, it will finally be revealed who will become the champion of the season
.
The winner will not only win the MasterChef Celebrity trophy, but also the prize of 50 million pesos, in addition to the recognition of the jury and the public.
