Modigliani, tres días en Montparnasse is a dramatic biopic set in Paris in 1916. It tells the story of three days in the life of artist Amedeo Modigliani, in the midst of his struggle against his own demons and the misery of war.

The project marks Depp's return behind the camera and confirms his interest in exploring more intimate and artistic stories, far from Hollywood blockbusters.

A friendship that goes beyond the screen

This won't be the first time Johnny Depp and Verónica Lozano meet outside the professional sphere. In February, the actor stayed at the house Lozano and Corcho Rodríguez own in Punta del Este. The friendship between the actor and the businessman began in 2010, thanks to the recording studio La Roca Power Studio, where Depp recorded with renowned international musicians.

Rodríguez and Depp got tattoos together as a sign of their brotherhood. "With my dear brother JD, we got the tattoo: he wrote mine and I wrote his. It's a lifelong commitment" the Argentine producer posted on his social media after that visit.
