Those interested in participating will have until August 17 to register on Bell Ville's official website. Moroni acknowledged that the designation implies an institutional and logistical challenge, since Bell Ville has never before hosted an event of such magnitude. "It is a very big challenge to put Bell Ville in these places of folklore," the mayor said with pride. The phrase sums up the symbolic dimension of an event that goes beyond the strictly artistic.
