Maxi López spoke about the possible reunion of his children with Mauro Icardi

In this context, Maxi López was interviewed by the crew of Sálvese quien pueda (América) as he left MasterChef Celebrity (Telefe). The former footballer spoke about how he saw his ex-wife and whether it would bother him if his children saw the Galatasaray striker again.

"I suppose she must have seen them. I saw Wanda Solange doing well, I didn't see her doing badly. I didn't stop to talk about this situation, but today I saw her doing well," Maxi stated, avoiding controversy.

The former player took the opportunity to send a message to his ex: "She needs to stay calm. If the kids are with their father, they need to be with their father and she needs to handle it with dignity. I hope it doesn't take 12 years to solve," he said.

The children's routine and Icardi's role

Maxi also commented on Icardi's decision to prioritize time with the kids, even if that means they don't go to school. "I always tried to adjust to the kids' plans. I think that when one arrives in Argentina, one needs to adapt to them," he explained.

"If he decides not to take them to school and wants to be with the kids, that's his decision. What's important is that the kids are well," he emphasized.

The former striker was clear when asked if he would oppose Valentino, Constantino, and Benedicto seeing Icardi again. "The kids have their routine and if at some point they ask me, I have no problem," he stated.
